Tougen Anki Anime is a thrilling new dark fantasy and action anime that imagines the classic Momotaro folk tale. The series follows Shiki Ichinose, a young man who discovers he has Oni blood and is trust into a secret war against the Momotaro Agency. As Shiki trains at Rasetsu Academy, he and his newfound companions, or his Oni allies, face increasingly dangerous foes and uncover the dark truths of world.
Tougen Anki Episode 6 Preview: Bad News
In Episode 6 “Bad News,” Shiki and his friends, or his Oni comrades, travel to the Kyoto underground base.
There, they found themselves in the middle of a brutal attack by the Momotaro Agency, led by the merciless Tsubakiri Momomiya.
While the students were tasked with helping the wounded, Shiki had a heartbreaking encounter with a young girl whose parents were brought in as corpses. This episode highlighted the true brutality of the Oni-Momotaro war and set the stage for a dramatic showdown.
